As you may already know, in April 2019, Hillard Heintze joined Jensen Hughes, a global leader in safety, security, emergency management and risk-based engineering and consulting with 1,400+ personnel, 90 offices and operations in more than 100 countries.
As outlined in our press release at the time, this transaction strengthens our ability to scale and adapt to our clients’ needs. Most importantly, our clients can still count on our teams of experts and our commitment to exceptional delivery of security solutions through our core practices: Security Risk Management, Threat + Violence Risk Management, Investigations, Law Enforcement Consulting and Private Client and Family Office Services.
What Do We Mean By Better Risk Management for You?
Since joining Jensen Hughes, we have continued to operate Hillard Heintze as a standalone entity while taking steps to integrate. We started by bringing our respective experts together to learn from each other and identify ways in which we can collaborate to strengthen our security risk and emergency management capabilities. We quickly discovered how Jensen Hughes’s vast portfolio of risk management solutions could enhance our mission of protecting what matters for our clients.
After those discussions, we began incorporating Jensen Hughes services into comprehensive scopes of work for our clients and expanded our Hillard Heintze team to include experts in Security Design. We also identified markets in which our joint capabilities could have an immediate and amplified impact, such as healthcare, energy and manufacturing – among others.
The Journey to Our New Brand Image
Back in April 2019, we started our rebranding journey by adding “a Jensen Hughes company” to our name and logo. Now, after over a year of integration work between Hillard Heintze and Jensen Hughes, we are ready to place our expanded service portfolio under a combined logo and unified brand image. In our logo, we are bidding adieu to our familiar shield and embracing the Jensen Hughes icon, which appropriately symbolizes integration. We are excited to adapt our new branding to existing collateral and thought leadership, while we continue to create fresh, timely content for you.
