Jordan Ferrantelli has a plenitude of security consulting and design experience throughout several vertical markets. Over his 11-year career, he has been involved in high-profile risk assessments and prominent security system designs throughout the U.S. and around the globe. Jordan has worked on projects in the areas of healthcare, higher education, financial environment and hospitality, as well as large multi-use, multi-faceted projects that have benefited from his technical, operational and physical security expertise. For the public and private sector, he has provided design and construction administration of TCP/IP camera systems, surveillance systems, intrusion systems, call for assistance (CFA) systems, intercom systems and electronic access control systems.

In addition, Jordan has been involved in Loss Prevention assessments for Fortune 500 companies, helping to mitigate large losses thanks to his involvement on the projects. He has completed numerous workplace violence prevention assessments in industrial, commercial, government and healthcare settings. The results helped mitigate threats and vulnerabilities uncovered during the assessment process and safeguard employees and visitors to the client facilities. Jordan has also provided de-escalation training in religious and commercial settings for employees and security staff to educate individuals on how to address a potentially violent situation.

Furthermore, Jordan has assisted large development projects with their security master planning by providing guidance for security expenditures prior to construction. The early security master planning helped clients create a realistic security operating budget, as well as plan for security infrastructure in advance of construction, saving the client from expensive renovation costs post-construction.

Formerly of Aon Consulting, Jordan manages the workloads of other security staff members in the Midwest region in his current role. He is responsible for project management, design, budgeting and construction administration of security projects for large mixed-use, high-rise office buildings, education facilities, hotels, security control and command centers, hospitals, museums, corporate headquarters, municipal buildings and condominiums. In addition, Jordan performs threat and vulnerability assessments, security technology audits and assessments, benchmarking and security master planning for clients in a multitude of public and private sectors.

Jordan earned his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Information Security Management from Bellevue University and his Bachelor of Science of Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University. He is a Certified Security Consultant (CSC) through the International Association of Professional Security Consultants (IAPSC) and a certified Physical Security Professional (PSP) through ASIS International. He is a member of ASIS International and the IAPSC.
