The Hillard Heintze Senior Leadership Council is an independent panel of retired major city police chiefs and senior federal, state and local law enforcement leaders.
Rarely do we serve – on any single assignment – a single constituency.
Typically, we are accountable, by contract, to one entity.
But to achieve the mission, we have to understand, learn about, listen to, share among, and partner with multiple stakeholders.
Like who? Federal authorities. City officials. Police chiefs. Rank and file officers. Domain experts. And, perhaps most importantly, the many different faces and voices of the community.
