The Hillard Heintze Senior Leadership Council is an independent panel of retired major city police chiefs and senior federal, state and local law enforcement leaders.
Rarely captured in press releases, biographies and documentaries on the historical evolution of major city police departments is the role quietly played – at critical decision-making junctures – by crucial external third parties.
And – at least in our view – that’s precisely the way it should be.
