Formed by Terry G. Hillard and Arnette F. Heintze in 2004, Hillard Heintze LLC acts as a strategic, discrete and trusted advisor on security issues to an increasing number of major corporations, businesses, government agencies, associations and individuals using the same prevention-oriented methodology which the U.S. government employs to protect its leaders, visiting dignitaries and the integrity of America's financial infrastructure.

Together and with others, Hillard and Heintze have led, designed and implemented some of the most critical public safety and security challenges in the United States over the last three decades. And through a very limited and exclusive set of client relationships, the privately-held firm is quietly setting a new global standard in security excellence.
